7AM in the gym. 6 miles. Walked to work. Long talk about politics with my mother as I walked towards dinner. Met Max and Niki at Back Forty. Ben is doing the organic avenue cleanse so he did not eat! I sure did. Pork chop. Cauliflower gratin. Plum pie. Great dinner. Politics. They may have sold us on a honeymoon to Japan.
