I ran 6 miles. Worked. Then drove Upstate with Matthew Mackay. Made a big meal: spaghetti and meatballs. They were to die for. Matthew Kelleher, Hanno Schmidinger, and Ben Roussel arrived with Ben. Ate. Drank wine.
